This will run backwards!! HAHA...not a lot of time and there really has been a lot going on lately!

Saturday after Thanksgiving, Mendi, Sandra, Becca and I were getting a little stir crazy! So I looked up some cool new places to go...we checked them out and then ended up at some of our regular spots! HAHAHAHA Below is us at Big Top Lounge!!! Sorry...not chatty today! This feels more like a chore!

Thanksgiving was wonderful this year! My mom and I cooked and then we ate dinner with the family. Then we went to Karrie & Eli's house and played TABOO...wich I am no good at! I also got the dogs some new clothes and FINALLY we found something for Violet! She loves her pink dress scarf and hat and doesn't want to take it off! She is such a funny dog!

We had a Congrats Dougie / UFC Fight Night Party at Rod's. Mrs. Irene and Sue were in town...we had a great time hanging with them and shopping shopping and shopping!!

We took a dinner cruise around Clear Lake...it was a great time and we are going to do it again!

Lions, First Birthday's, Comedians and...FRESNO?!

WHAT A LONG WEEKEND!!!! Friday night we went to Feast with the Beasts at the Houston Zoo! It was very fun...lots of walking and lots of people, but fun none the less. We sampled food from restaurants that we would normally not eat at and watched some lions attack turkeys! We watched Big Bad VooDoo Daddy...I felt like I was in 'Swingers'! It was a very fun and interesting night. Then we headed to Sawyer Park for some sitting, some drinking and then...

SOME DANCING!!!

Saturday morning, Jessica and I went to the Christmas Market at Second Baptist Church in Katy. On the way out to the car, I noticed that someone put some sunglasses on the handle of my car. They aren't mine...Austin sort of claimed them! If these are your sunglasses...I have them!

Then Saturday afternoon, Austin and I went to Finely's first birthday...it sure looks like she had a great time and got some great presents!!! We didn't get to stay too long, but long enough to eat the YUM food that Katie made and long enough to visit with everyone!

Saturday night, Becca, Mendi & I went to see The Comedians of Chelsea Lately at The House of Blues. It was Sarah Colonna, Loni Love, Heather McDonald and John Caparulo. Then it was a toss up...go see Kim Zolciak perform "Tardy for the Party" or go to DJ's Sports Bar and support Rod? We went to DJ's in Fresno, TX! It was far, but fun none the less. Sorry...no pictures of this. I forgot to take some!

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?????

Monday night football this week was hosted by Jessica! I say that as if we have a Monday Night Football rotation...HA...we don't! But it was nice to see everyone, wear comfy clothes and no make-up, break a few wine glasses and yell "Who is that?" at the screen! GO SAINTS!! Did they win last night? Here are some awful pictures...please don't judge!

Also...Austin finished his Veteran's Day Poster for Social Studies. He did his project on his Great Uncle Foster Fuselier. He interviewed him and everything. It was so cute to watch and Austin is really proud of his final product!

The Ghosts of Halloween Past

It was the first of many school dances this weekend! Austin's Junior High dance...and boy did he look cute! Donned in his best costume, he and his friend Aaron braved this social scene together. Austin's costume got a lot of stares, but most people said, "Your costume is AWESOME!" I love hearing about his little adventure's so of course, I questioned him when he got home. This is what I gathered from him...At first he was nervous, so he and Aaron just walked around and drank Pepsi for an hour. Then he realized that people thought his costume was great, so he felt more confident. He danced a little to "Thriller" (He showed me his best break dancing moves). Some of the girls danced like ho's, he wasn't fond of that (or so he says)! He did the Happy Feet dance. He talked to girls to try to get them interested in him, but now he just has some better girlfriends. Then he came home. It sounds like the night was a success for him!

After a super busy Saturday filled with Dog Hunting, I came home and got ready for Halloween night. It was nothing big, but my friend's with kids came over and some of Austin's friends came and we ate and handed out candy and the kids went trick-or-treating! Then we turned on "Carrie" and some of the kids go to see Sissy Spacek naked...WOOOPSIE! It was a great evening and a good distraction from my puppies being gone!

AND...last but NOT least...my puppies are missing! That storm Thursday night blew my fence gate open and I didn't realize until it was too late. Bubba usually just comes and sits at the front door, but this time, he is gone. Halloween was hard because of this. We have searched HIGH and LOW for them. Called the vets in a 6 miles radius, went to the Animal Shelter and the SPCA. Today we are putting fliers on 500 doors! I am determined to get them back! We love them and miss them so much! Thanks to everyone for your support and comfort!!

Halloween

We have so many festivities coming up. This weekend Austin has a school Halloween dance AND it's the first dance of Junior High! He wants to go either as a chicken or Pin Head. So hard to make a decision!

This is also the first year that he is going to go Trick-or-Treating without me! Makes me sad, but I have known that it will happen one day! Morgan, Austin and Alec are going to run the mean streets of Katy in an effort to collect as much FREE candy as possible. I'm not sure why, but FREE candy taste better than candy you have to acutally use your allowance on! I am going to cook dinner for the mom's and stay home and hand out candy for the first time! I am pretty excited, I hope the kids know that we are there this year!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Long time...

This past weekend I threw Jessica's 28th Birthday Party at my house! I went over the top on decor...I have been planning it for about 2 months and I was so excited about it! The party was a huge success and the house looked FANTASTIC! I am still cleaning up from the party! I have always wanted to be a party planner and so this was just an excuse to plan a party. The entire house was lit by candle light and looked super spooky. Russo's NY Pizzeria catered and the food was gobbled up without hesitation! I am so happy that everyone had a good time! I know I did! Who would have thunk that a dance floor in the breakfast room would be appropriate?!
